Now this is summer yummy goodness in tiny delicious bites!

Avocado (allowance)
Juice of half a lemon
Sliced Cucumber discs (allowance)
Tinned Crabmeat (allowance)
1 tsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp White Wine Vinegar
Couple of drops of Tabasco Sauce
Diced spring onion for garnish (allowance)
Sesame seeds, for garnish (allowance)
Soy sauce for serving
Salt and Pepper to taste

Thinly sliced avocado then toss slices in half the lemon juice. Top each cucumber slice with avocado and season with salt and pepper.
In a medium bowl, combine crabmeat, mayonnaise, Tabasco. Season with salt and pepper, and squeeze more lemon juice into the mixture.
Top each cucumber sliced with a small scoop of the crab mixture. Sprinkle sesame seeds over each serving. Serve with soy sauce.
