And smiling helps to generate more positive emotions within you. Even if you don’t particularly feel like smiling, do it now. And you will start feeling the difference it makes.
6.Laugh. Even beyond smiling, laughing out loud can change your mood and your sense of wellbeing. Laughter is strong medicine. It releases endorphins and feel good hormones. It boosts immunity and lowers stress. It decreases pain, improves blood flow and improves heart health. It even burns calories! Have a great loud belly laugh at least once a day!
