Once you make a purchase from us, legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to you or paid in any other way, are limited by our online purchasing terms and conditions.
You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our online purchasing terms and conditions.
Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase.

All transactions on this website are in South African Rands (ZAR).
Your order will not be processed until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
We endeavour to ensure that we have sufficient stock availability, however we do not guarantee that we will always have stock of every item ordered. Should any item be out of stock, we will contact you and offer you an alternative or a refund.
We endeavour to ensure that all orders are processed timeously and are delivered within 7 (seven) working days of receipt of payment. This, however, depends on stock availability and on the performance of the outsourced courier services. All orders not delivered in 2 (two) weeks will be refunded.
Orders sent to Post Office Boxes
We do not deliver to a PO Box.
Please ensure that you supply us with a physical address when placing your order.
Orders outside South Africa
We unfortunately are not able to process orders of physical products outside of South Africa on this website.
We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice.
We regret we are unable to exchange or refund delivered stock.
We have 2 (two) payment options.
Payment option 1: Credit Card payment:
We accept all credit cards.
All transactions are processed through Pay Fast.
At no stage do we have access to your credit card details.
Payment option 2: Direct Deposit or, Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT):
Select the Direct Deposit or,
Electronic Transfer payment method after you have completed and confirmed your order.
On receipt of your order confirmation, you will receive our banking details and your invoice number. Use these banking details to either make a direct deposit into our account from your bank or to make an Electronic Funds Transfer via internet banking. Please remember to use your invoice number as your reference for your payment.
Please email or fax a copy of your payment confirmation to us so that we can commence processing your order, as direct bank deposits and EFT’s can take up to 2-3 (two to three) days to reflect on our bank statements. Please see our contact details below.
