Quick and easy, this dish is great for alfresco dinners.

1 Chopped Garlic Clove
Cubed Onion (allowance)
Green Asparagus Spears (allowance)
Water as required
Sliced Cherry Tomatoes (allowance)
Diet fizzy drink as required (allowance)
Sesame Seeds (allowance)

Put a wok on to heat.
Add chicken, onion, garlic and stir fry till chicken starts to brown.
Add a little water and fizzy drink.
Add Asparagus and tomatoes.
Turn heat to low and cook till chicken is ready.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
