Now you can make your own Hummus and eat it while on your TLC-Program.

Try this delicious version.

1 tin Chickpeas
Juice of half a Lemon
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon chopped Coriander
8 teaspoons Olive Oil
2 cloves crushed Garlic
Paprika to taste

Strain Chickpeas.
Place chickpeas and all the ingredients except the salt and coriander into a food processor.
Process until very smooth.  Start adding the salt until you are happy (you may not want to add all the salt).
Add paprika to taste (one or two pinches).

Mix then place in a container and sprinkle over the coriander.

This is a Phase 2 recipe and your portion size will be 1/8 (one eighth) of the entire recipe – so 8 portions – each portion will use your olive oil allowance and 50g of chickpeas.

Store in the fridge and add to the balance of your veg allowance.
Will last a week in the fridge but not likely as the family is sure to dig in!
