So you love Pesto?  We do too!

This is a quick recipe – will take just a minute or two and you can use it on fish, salad, egg etc


  • Fresh Coriander (large handfull)
  • Fresh Basil (large handfull)
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil (allowance)
  • 20 grams Pine Nuts (allowance)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Squeeze of Lemon to taste  (allowance)
  • 1 tablespoon Water


Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz till smooth.
If necessary you could add more water.
