So you love Pesto? We do too!
This is a quick recipe – will take just a minute or two and you can use it on fish, salad, egg etc
Ingredients:
- Fresh Coriander (large handfull)
- Fresh Basil (large handfull)
- 1 tsp Olive Oil (allowance)
- 20 grams Pine Nuts (allowance)
- Salt and Pepper
- Squeeze of Lemon to taste (allowance)
- 1 tablespoon Water
Method:
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz till smooth.
If necessary you could add more water.
this is a Phase2 recipe – can be divided into 2 portions (one portion per day)
