‘When I started this program I didn’t think I would be able to achieve my goal weight, why????
FOOD ONLY, NO SLIMMING PILLS!!!
But thank you to my coach who encouraged me to eat according to my personal food measurements, food list etc.
Losing some weight made my body lighter and I became more active.
Due to the TLC program as a 60+ year old person I managed to join 60+ sport activities in my community. Now I run 100m, play soccer and netball and many other activities.
