These yummy cinnamon apple chips are perfect for healthy snacks and easy to take on the road. They are easy to carry in your handbag or lunch box in a ziploc bag.

Now this is a delicious treat for the movies!


  • 1 Apple (allowance)
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • TLC-Stevia Powder to taste


Prehead the oven to 110 °C.

Arrange the apples on a baking sheet – metal is best.

Mix together the stevia and cinnamon and sprinkle over the apples.

Bake until the apples dry and curl on the edges (takes about an hour but check after 45 minutes).
Transfer to a wire wrack to cool.

Note: apples will not be cripy until they cool
Tip: use a mandolin to cut the slices ultra thin
