Give it a try – so delicious ….

Grapefruit Slices (allowance)
Avocado Slices (allowance)
Chopped Red Onion (allowance)
A few Pomegranate Seeds (allowance)
Herb Mix/Salad Greens (allowance)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Balsamic Vinegar to taste
1 tsp Olive Oil (allowance)

Make a quick vinaigrette by mixing the vinegar, salt, pepper and olive oil in a small bowl.
Place leaves on a plate, and artfully arrange all the other ingredients on top.
Pour over the vinaigrette.

Add protein of your choice on the side from your allowance.

1/4 cup Pomegranate seeds = 1 fruit allowance
Use half allowance of avo and grapefruit to make up your salad and then sprinkle over just a a few pomegranate seeds – that will still leave you with the balance of your allowance of fruit for the day
