This recipe is delicious hot but can also be served cold.
Juice of 1 apple (allowance)
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tspoon cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of allspice
Zest of half a lemon (allowance)
TLC-Stevia powder to taste
1 cup of Water
Heat the juice and water with the spices, vinegar and lemon zest in a small saucepan. Allow to stand for a few minutes. Serve hot with a cinnamon stick.
Alternatively, cool, add ice and enjoy on a hot summers day.
