Cherry Tomatoes sliced (allowance)
Chopped Onion (allowance)
Avocado Cubes (allowance)
Half a cup chopped Fresh Coriander leaves
3 teaspoons Fresh Lemon (allowance)
1 teaspoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Olive Oil (allowance)
Chilli Flakes to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
4 Iceberg/Butter Lettuce leaves (allowance)
Toss all ingredients in a bowl. Fill lettuce pockets.
