Squid tubes (allowance)
Sliced Red Peppers(allowance)
Olive Oil (allowance)
Paprika to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
Basil and Coriander leaves
Lemon wedge to garnish (allowance)
Heat up a wok – add all ingredients (excluding the lemon wedge and herbs) and stir fry till squid is cooked. This will only take a few minutes.
Remove from heat, place in a bowl. Garnish with lemon, coriander and basil.
Serve with side salad if allowance permits.
