With summer on the way and some really warm days arriving this salad idea is delicious for either lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
Soft Cream cheese (allowance)
Cherry Tomato halves (allowance)
Fresh Salad Greens (allowance)
Pine Nuts (allowance)
1 tsp dried Mixed HerbS
Balsamic Vinegar to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste

Method:
Mix all salad ingredients together with seasoning and vinegar.
Place on a serving plate with cream cheese.
Sprinkle over dried herbs.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
