This is a delicious option for breakfast!  Quick to prepare and delicious.

Ingredients:
Egg (allowance)
Cherry Tomatoes (allowance)
Chopped Spinach (allowance)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Pinch of Chilli Flakes

Method:

In a small hot pan add beaten egg.
Mix in the chopped spinach.
Top with tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes.
Allow to cook through on a low heat.
Flip over on to a serving plate and serve with side dish of your choice (allowance)
