Excited to be on Phase 3? Eat this feast indoors or out – it will put you in a happy mood whatever the occasion!
- Fillet Steak (allowance)
- Prawns (allowance)
- Olive Oil (allowance)
- Soy Sauce (allowance)
- Fresh Salad Greens (allowance)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Water
- Tooth picks
- Mix together olive oil, soy sauce and pinch of pepper.
- Brush sauce over fillet steak.
- Leave to marinade for 30 mins.
- Meanwhile peel the prawns and thread onto toothpicks.
- Heat a non-stick pan.
- Add fillet to pan and grill as you like, then remove from pan.
- Leave marinade in pan and add water.
- Add prawns to pan and flash fry.
- Plate steak and top with prawns.
- Pour over remaining marinade.
- Check seasoning and add salt and pepper if required.
- Serve with fresh greens of your choice.
