Terms and Conditions of Purchase for TLC-Ambassadors and Retailers

As an Authorised TLC-Ambassador/Retailer you have been granted access to the Retailer Admin Area of this website.

This access will allow you to order stock items at the specified wholesale prices.  Once orders have been placed, TLC-Marketing will send you an invoice for payment and then your order will be prepared for delivery.  Do not pay until you receive an invoice direct from TLC-Marketing.

 

The following ordering conditions apply:

  • Orders of the following stock to the value of R2000.00 will be despatched direct by the Supplier with NO delivery charge:  TLC-Turbo Boost 30’s, TLC-Multivivitamins, TLC-Antioxidants, TLC-Omegas, TLC-4-Colon, TLC-Cal-Mag, TLC-Garcinia Boost, TLC-Stevia Powder, TLC-Vitamin C and all Holistix Products. This does not apply to countries out of South Africa.
  • Should orders of the above stock be received under the value of R2000.00 then these orders will be despatched from TLC-Marketing and the relevant courier costs will be charged to you for payment.  Courier charge is now R140.00.
  • All orders of other stock on this website (any value) will be despatched from TLC-Marketing and the cost of courier charges will be for your account.
  • If any stock items are out of stock please add them to your next order.
  • Replacement stock:  If stock has to be replaced for any reason whatsoever (as agreed by TLC-Marketing) then the replacement stock required must be added to the TLC-Ambassador/Retailer’s next order.  If the Ambassador/Retailer is not prepared to wait until a new order is placed then the delivery charge for the replacement stock must be paid upfront before the stock is despatched. Note – any stock needing replacement (including scales) must be returned to TLC-Marketing before it will be replaced – please send all damaged stock to P.O. Box 395, Gillitts, 3603 – it is fine to use the counter to counter service.

The following payment conditions apply:

  • Once you have placed your orders online, the system will confirm your order (you can also view your orders in “My Account” when you log in) and notify TLC-Marketing.
  • TLC-Marketing will then send you an Invoice for the stock ordered.
  • Once you have confirmed payment to marketing@tlcforwellbeing.com and the payment appears in our bank your stock will be ordered and despatched.   Note credit card and cash payments are not accepted.  Kindly ensure that you do payments via internet banking.
  • In most cases stock from the Supplier will reach you within a few days (never longer than 7-10 days) and for stock despatched by TLC-Marketing the same applies.  If delivery is delayed beyond our control then you will be notified.
