            I just want to thank TLC for really changing my life.  

            Before I started the TLC-Program, I was fat and unhappy and angry with life.  Being on the program helped me to see there is an easier option.  

            In the beginning it wasn't always easy to stick to the rules, but now it's a way of life.  

            Thank you Amanda for being the best coach ever, and always helping me -
            even in the times I was a little low.  Your help truly made it easier.

            I would really suggest to anybody who has heath-related weight issues and diabetes to join TLC and stick to the plan, because it really works.
