Hello,

I recently bought Quorn and would like to know what I should weigh it as?  It is allowed on the TLC phase 2 proteins and is in the same category as Tofu.  It is a non-meat protein product.  My personal eating plan does not mention Quorn, only Tofu.  Should I use the same weight allocation as for Tofu?

I would like to add some variety to my diet, so I really want to try Quorn!

hi there, my coach says that i have to use the poultry options. also i was told to only have the "chicken fillets". can't wait to try it out.  Tongue

Quorn fillets are allowed but remember to always check the ingredients - things like gluten, preservatives etc are not allowed! You can always contact your TLC-Clinic and give them the ingredients to check for you!  Smiley
