Chicken & Chickpea Salad

|
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast (allowance)
Salad variety (allowance)
Chickpeas (allowance)
Balsamic Vinegar (allowance)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Fresh Thyme leaves (chopped)
Method:
Grill chicken and seasoning with any spices you like.
Set aside to cool then slice.
Mix salad ingredients including chickpeas together with vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and thyme leaves.
Add the grilled chicken and serve.
